Our Code of Conduct is characterized by integrity and loyalty: We adhere to laws and regulations, engage in fair competition, and are a reliable partner for our customers and business associates. As the tourism division of the REWE Group, the behavioral standards of the group are crucial to us. These are set out in the REWE Group Code of Conduct and are equally binding for the DERTOUR Group. The Code of Conduct contains principles for our behavior in business dealings and interactions with each other. It provides us with guidance and is simultaneously a commitment for everyone who acts in the name of the REWE Group. More information about Compliance and the REWE Group Code of Conduct can be found here.
With the Hintbox, it is particularly easy to submit compliance notices – and it can be done anonymously if desired. Moreover, the new tool enables seamless, GDPR-compliant communication between whistleblowers and the individual compliance departments within the REWE Group.
Our complaint procedure for the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) guarantees a trustworthy and at the same time transparent approach to handling complaints about human rights or environmental breaches. Suspicious cases, e.g. forced labor, child labor, discrimination, or harmful pollution of soil, water and air, as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption, which relate to DERTOUR Suisse AG, can be reported. Complaints can be submitted digitally by employees and outsiders using the DERTOUR Suisse AG complaint channel as part of the REWE Group - anonymously if desired.
Customer complaints, for example about the quality of DERTOUR Suisse products and services, are not considered complaints about human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty. For this please contact us.
We explicitly encourage employees and externals to report suspected human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty. Whistleblowers should not suffer any disadvantages in the professional context by submitting complaints. The complaint procedure follows a defined process, which is also stipulated in the procedural rules. Impartial action is guaranteed at all times, the individuals involved in the process are independent and obliged to confidentiality.
